EEA’s core values are enhancing their clients’ self-determination, promoting a change of mindset, networking with others, applying an inclusive approach, achieving financial stability, encouraging life-transformation, and serving with integrity and quality.
Vision:
EEA has done a market study that shows that it has the potential to grow from 200 to 9,000 clients in the current market areas of Gongolamboto and Kigamboni with extensions to the nearby cities of Chanika and Kinyerezi by the end of its five-year plan. All these places are representative of underserved areas of the burgeoning Dar es Salaam metropolitan area. It is EEAs professed goal to achieve self-sufficiency at the end of its pilot study.
In addition, EEA plans in 2014 to open a branch office in the agricultural area in Dakawa, Morogoro Region, located 100 km from Dar es Salaam. This branch is expected to be serving 1,000 clients by the end of 2015, bringing the total number of EEA clients to 10,000 by the end of this five-year planning period.
