EEA’s flagship activity is micro-finance, adapting the wisdom and experience of the Grameen model to African conditions. This model has been very successfully used in other countries and was originally developed by Muhammad Yunus, the Noble Laureate.

EEA is working in the underserved neighbourhoods Kigamboni and Ubungo in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Our focus on women includes other vulnerable groups: Youth, Women living with disabilities, Women living with HIV/AIDS and Older women
